Born in Hungary and now based in Croatia, Adam has built an impressive maritime career since 1999, working as a charter captain, freelance skipper, and delivery specialist. He’s helmed everything from performance sailing yachts to spacious catamarans, including Lagoon, Bali, and Bavaria models—up to 72 feet in length. His delivery experience includes transatlantic and intercontinental routes, making him a trusted choice for even the most demanding passages.
Adam holds a Yachtmaster 500 GT license and is certified in STCW safety protocols, underlining his professionalism and deep respect for maritime standards. Guests immediately feel at ease in his company—thanks to his multilingual fluency (Hungarian, English, Italian, German, Croatian), composed demeanor, and knowledge of hidden coves and anchorages across the Mediterranean and beyond.

With a refined culinary background as a sous chef at esteemed establishments like Chez Bernard and the Ritz-Carlton, Erika creates beautifully presented meals using only the freshest ingredients. Her passion for food and service is evident in every dish, from elegant multi-course dinners to healthy, energizing breakfasts—all crafted with care to meet guests’ preferences and dietary needs.
