In the past we have had groups crew the yachts under the guidance of the charter captain and participate in a mini regatta. Each yacht captain designates each crew member certain responsibilities – from sailing to navigating to hoisting sails – to have a successful outcome. Another popular team building event is kayak/ paddle board racing in a secluded anchorage. Not only are these excellent team building events, but they are also a great healthy way to stay fit while having fun.
