If you want we will take you on tour of delcatessens grocers, fishmongers and shops in search of the genuine products of our land and then back on the boat we will prepare you, at your choice, some of delicious dishes that we will describe below.

At the age of twenty, he started working as a skipper for various yacht charter companies and at the same time joined top teams in many regattas, winning, among others, a world title, a European Championship, and two national titles over the years.
He got his Italian boat license at the age of 18, also has the yacht master offshore license, BLSD, STCW95 certifications, and completed the ISAF OSR Course. He's friendly, helpful, and always in good spirits, but also reserved and never intrusive. He knows exactly how to make the holiday unforgettable for guests. With his 30 years of skipper experience and sunny attitude, he puts you at ease right away.

Gina Ludovica De Paolis, Chief Stewardess.

Gina embarked on her career in the cruise yacht industry at the tender age of 19, working with various companies across the seas. She's a total team player, always on point with her preparation and never misses a detail. Always ready to extend a helping hand and tackle challenges head-on, Gina exudes positivity and approachability.
In her capacity aboard the yacht, Gina assumes the pivotal role of guest services and maintenance. From extending a warm welcome to ensuring immaculate cleanliness throughout the vessel, including passenger cabins, to meticulously setting the table for each meal service, Gina's dedication to hospitality knows no bounds. With Gina at the helm, you're not merely embarking on a sailing experience; you're embarking on an unforgettable journey enriched by her unparalleled expertise and warm hospitality.

Mario brings a world of flavor and skill to the table! He worked at Perbacco's Osteria, a place in the Amalfi Coast known for its delicious starters like scabbard fish gratin on lemon leaves, mentioned in the Slow Food guide. He's a culinary globetrotter, mastering dishes like ceviche, paella, hummus, and more from his travels. Mario isn't just a whiz in the kitchen; he's also a natural leader, super organized, and pays great attention to detail. He loves teamwork and tackling challenges, always finding ways to improve his work.
When it comes to cooking, he's the boss, especially with Mediterranean cuisine. Think fresh seafood, veggies, and mouthwatering desserts like caprese cake and pasticciotto with lemon cream from Amalfi coast. With Mario around, every meal feels like a gourmet adventure!


Antonio Buonocore, Deckhand / Steward.

He's exceptionally skilled at maneuvering sailboats, handling anchors, mooring, and navigating with precision. With a background in teamwork and guest care, he ensures everyone aboard feels safe and well-cared for. And here's an interesting tidbit: he's also a former bartender! That means he's not only adept at sailing but can also mix up the perfect drink to enhance your journey. Whether it's a classic cocktail or something more unique, he's got you covered. In terms of qualifications, Alessandro holds all the necessary certifications, including STCW, a boat License m/s with no limits. With Antonio leading the way, your sailing experience promises to be both safe and enjoyable!
