Capt Tom will help with the provision delivery and storage in anticipating guests arrival. Also a chef/stewardess can be added to the charter, but this is up to 4 guests and using 2 cabins. My Marina will accommodate guests preferences in need. If My Marina goes for a charter with 4 guests including the chef/stewardess we will send the chef profile to the guests making the rates all inclusive

Captain Thomas Victor brings a fresh, enthusiastic energy to My Marina while offering guests a safe and professional charter experience. With hands-on experience at Dream Yacht Charters, MedSailors, and Yacht Getaways, Thomas has honed his skills in yacht handling, navigation, and guest hospitality across both the Caribbean and Mediterranean.

Thomas has already proven himself as a capable skipper, with a calm approach to route planning, docking, and vessel upkeep. Guests appreciate his friendly nature, adaptability, and commitment to safety, while his love for the ocean is evident in every charter he leads.

A keen fisherman and outdoorsman, Thomas loves to share his passion for the sea by guiding guests in watersports, fishing, and snorkeling adventures. Always approachable and eager to create memorable experiences, he blends youthful energy with strong seamanship.

Captain Ben Jameson

Yachtmaster Offshore | Skipper

Captain Ben Jameson is a qualified Yachtmaster Offshore with solid experience across the Caribbean, Mediterranean, and offshore passages. He brings together confident seamanship, calm leadership, and a strong hospitality background, an ideal combination for delivering safe, enjoyable, and well-run charters aboard My Marina.

Ben has completed extensive offshore training through UKSA, including skippering monohulls up to 68 feet and undertaking multiple coastal and offshore passages. His hands-on experience includes long-distance yacht deliveries on both sailing catamarans and monohulls, with routes spanning the British Virgin Islands to Grenada and Gibraltar to the Canary Islands. These voyages have strengthened his skills in passage planning, weather routing, night watches, radar use, and safety management.

In the Caribbean, Ben has gained charter-style experience aboard large sailing catamarans, navigating between the Virgin Islands and supporting daily yacht operations, sail handling, anchoring, and guest-focused service. His lifelong passion for sailing began in dinghy racing on the UK south coast, providing a strong technical foundation from an early age.

Complementing his maritime career, Ben brings years of professional hospitality experience as a waiter and bartender, ensuring attentive guest care, smooth onboard service, and a welcoming atmosphere throughout every charter.
