Captain Andreas Farakoukis
Captain Andreas is a passionate and experienced sailor who has been connected to the sea from a very young age. Having started sailing as a child and competing in various classes, his love for the ocean naturally evolved into a professional career.
Over the years, he has gained extensive experience as a skipper across different regions of Greece, from the crystal-clear waters of the Ionian Sea to the unique seas of the Saronic & Cyclades. His calm personality, strong sense of responsibility, and attention to detail make guests feel safe, relaxed, and well taken care of throughout the journey.
Andreas combines professionalism with a warm and easy-going attitude, always aiming to create a smooth and enjoyable experience onboard. Whether it’s finding the perfect hidden bay for a swim, organizing the daily itinerary based on weather conditions, or ensuring everything runs seamlessly, he is fully dedicated to delivering memorable holidays.
He speaks English fluently and communicates effortlessly with international guests, making everyone feel welcome from the very first moment onboard.
Outside of sailing, Andreas enjoys outdoor activities and has a strong connection with nature. He is also a food lover, with a preference for Mediterranean cuisine—especially fresh seafood, grilled fish, and traditional Greek dishes. His favorite moments are sunset dinners by the sea, combining good food, great company, and the beauty of the Greek islands.
With Captain Andreas at the helm, guests can expect a safe, authentic, and truly enjoyable sailing experience in Greece.

Chef George Moros

Chef George is an experienced Mediterranean chef with a strong passion for creating authentic and memorable dining experiences at sea. With many years of professional experience in high-end restaurants across Greece, he brings creativity, organization, and consistency to every meal he prepares.
Specializing in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, George focuses on fresh, high-quality ingredients and balanced flavors, always adapting his menus to guests’ preferences and dietary needs. From light and refreshing lunches to elegant dinners onboard, his goal is to elevate every moment of the charter through food.
Calm under pressure and highly organized, George ensures that the kitchen runs smoothly even in demanding conditions, delivering high-level service with attention to detail. At the same time, his friendly and approachable personality makes guests feel comfortable and well taken care of.
Outside the kitchen, George enjoys watching and playing football, which is his favorite sport, and spending time relaxing during the late afternoon—his favorite time of the day, especially when combined with good company and beautiful sea views.
When it comes to food, his all-time favorite dish is traditional Greek “Gemista”, reflecting his love for simple, homemade flavors that capture the essence of Greek cuisine.
With Chef George onboard, guests can expect delicious, well-balanced meals and a truly authentic taste of Greece throughout their journey.
