From a young age, he developed a deep connection with the sea, assisting his father in building a family boat that they sailed together for many years. After completing his education, Toni began his professional journey in the nautical industry in his early twenties. His passion for the sea, combined with his extensive experience, propelled him from a boat cleaner to the chief skipper at a charter company.
Throughout his career, Toni has gained comprehensive knowledge of the nautical industry. He has worked in various roles, including marina reception, boat cleaning, boat rental, and maintenance. For the past five years, he has proudly served as a captain, leading charters across the Adriatic, as well as to Montenegro, Greece, and Italy. A lover of nature and adventure, Toni enjoys hiking and diving in his free time. He is also passionate about music, fine food, and wine, and is always ready to offer top-notch recommendations on Croatian gastronomy.

Position: Hostess
Rea Rabadan has been a dedicated hostess for luxury brands since 2010 and has been working on board yachts since 2018.
Hailing from Split, she feels completely at home by the sea.
Passionate about her work, Rea loves cooking, sailing, and practicing yoga. Colleagues describe her as ambitious, patient, open-minded, and cheerful.
She is excited to embrace new and wonderful experiences throughout the summer season.

Position: Deckhand

Born and raised in the charming coastal town of Trogir, he developed a deep love for the sea from a young age through his passion for scuba diving and fishing. After graduating from the Nautical High School in Split, he embarked on a career as a seaman, navigating a variety of locations from South America to Europe and the Far East.
At home, he worked with a sailing boat charter company and as a skipper, leading tours on large speedboats across the Central and South Adriatic.
Last season, he transitioned into the yachting industry, beginning his career as a Deckhand. He is fluent in English. Throughout his professional journey, every role he’s taken has been closely tied to his love for the sea and the world of nautical adventure.
An avid nature enthusiast, he enjoys traveling, fishing, spearfishing, and cooking. He’s also a fantastic resource for anyone looking to learn about Croatian and Italian cuisine, offering expert tips and insights.
