Breakfast

Each morning's breakfast features a generous selection of seasonal fruits, freshly baked breads and pastries, artisanal cheeses, premium cold cuts, cereals, yogurts, fresh squeezed juices, as well as eggs to order - made to your liking.

French Toast with a Caribbean Twist coconut custard and spiced roasted pineapple rounds  

Smoked Atlantic Salmon Lox Spread served on artisanal housemade bagels

 Belgian Style Waffles topped with fresh berry compote & dolloped vanilla cream

 Breakfast Tacos flour tortillas served with eggs scrambled to perfection, avocado, bacon, pickled onions & freshly made pico de gallo

Avocado Toast smashed avocado served on freshly baked sourdough, topped with crumbled feta cheese, fresh tomato and eggs your way

 The Classic Buttermilk Stack fluffy buttermilk pancakes, farmer’s sausage & crispy bacon

Lunch

Served in two courses, a main that will be either plated or family style along with a sweet finale.

Captain Kirk Robinson is a seasoned mariner with over 22 years of professional charter experience in the Caribbean, bringing unparalleled expertise and a warm, welcoming personality to every voyage. Having worked with the same owners across three different yachts, Kirk is now the proud captain of the brand-new Lagoon Seventy8, Jan’s Feline, where he continues to deliver exceptional experiences tailored to families, friends, and avid
adventurers alike.

Professional Journey
Kirk’s love for the water began in his early 20s, but his career started on land as a professional soccer player, representing his home country of Antigua in the United States, England, and South America. This discipline and drive translated seamlessly into a successful sailing career. Kirk began as an Engineer with Sun-sail, working in Antigua and the British Virgin Islands, before earning his prestigious Yacht-master Certification. Over the years, he has captained numerous yachts, most recently helming the highly successful charter vessel Jan’s FeLion. His intimate knowledge of the Caribbean’s intricate islands and hidden gems ensure every charter is uniquely crafted and unforgettable.

Chef Ludovic Jean-Baptiste
Chef Ludo's culinary expertise brings refined elegance and world-class flavor to your time on board the Feline. Ludo Baptiste hails from the beautiful island of Martinique where as a young man he dreamed of apprenticing under renowned chefs in France to refine his passion for the culinary arts. That he did- now trained in the rich traditions of French cuisine, our chef combines classic techniques with modern creativity to deliver an unforgettable dining experience at sea.

Before entering the yachting industry, Ludo worked as a head chef and ran his own pastry business, where he specialized in handcrafted desserts and refined dishes. His cooking style reflects both discipline and creativity, blending French techniques with Caribbean influences and international flavors.

With experience in high-end restaurants and luxury yachting, Ludo specializes in crafting bespoke menus tailored to guest preferences, dietary needs, and the freshest seasonal ingredients available. From delicate pastries and artisanal breads to expertly prepared seafood and exquisite multi-course dinners, every dish is thoughtfully designed and beautifully presented.

For Chef Ludo, cooking is more than a profession, it is a true passion and a way to bring people together and create unforgettable moments around the table. 

Mate Mollee Donovan
Born and raised in the British Virgin Islands, Mollee knows these islands like the back of her hand. Having grown up on and around the water, she developed a lifelong passion for sailing, surfing, swimming, and diving, giving her an exceptional local knowledge that helps guests discover the very best of the BVI.

Mollee brings a warm, energetic personality to every charter, along with experience as both a Deckhand and Stewardess aboard a variety of luxury sailing yachts throughout the Virgin Islands. Her strong hospitality skills, positive attitude, and natural confidence on the water ensure guests feel comfortable, cared for, and well looked after from the moment they step aboard.

An Advanced Open Water Diver and experienced sailor, Mollee is always happy to share her favorite hidden coves, snorkeling spots, beach bars, and island recommendations. Whether assisting with watersports, serving cocktails, or helping create memorable experiences ashore, she takes pride in delivering exceptional service with a genuine BVI welcome.
 

Stewardess Greta Smith

Greta brings a love of hospitality, adventure and life on the water to her role as a stewardess. Originally raised in the UK, she moved to the British Virgin Islands with her husband before discovering her passion for yachting. She went on to complete her qualifications in Tortola, making the exciting move away from the corporate world and into life on the water.

Greta also spent seven years managing her family-run bar and hotel in the UK, where she developed a natural flair for hospitality, learned how to make a mean cocktail, and perfected the art of tailoring experiences to each guest.

Over the last year, Greta has developed her skills aboard large catamarans and motor yachts, combining her warm personality and hospitality experience with a strong eye for detail and a genuine enjoyment of looking after guests.

Friendly, adaptable and happiest on the water, Greta loves making guests feel at home while adding a little extra sparkle to their time on board.
