Andrej has been connected to the sea since his childhood, developing a deep passion for maritime life from an early age. He began his maritime career by completing ship engineering classes. During his studies, he developed a passion for sailing and skippering, which soon evolved from a hobby into a deep commitment. Since the start of his professional journey, he has strived to be hardworking and adaptable, often juggling multiple jobs that required diverse skill sets. This experience has honed his ability to thrive in challenging environments.

Throughout his career, Andrej has had the opportunity to travel extensively, working in various regions including the Adriatic Sea, as well as the Indian and Pacific Oceans, visiting numerous countries along the way. His international experience has further enhanced his versatility in the maritime industry.

As the captain of the Azimut 60 luxury motor yacht GENESIS, Andrej is deeply committed to ensuring that his clients have an exceptional experience. He is known for always going the extra mile to indulge clients’ wishes, prioritizing their safety while making sure their desires are met. His dedication to client satisfaction has earned him rave reviews from guests during the previous seasons.

Outside of work, Andrej enjoys skiing and other snow sports during the winter months, and he has a keen interest in diving, traditional cooking, seawater sports, sailing, and traveling.

With many years of experience in the boating industry, Andrej brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to his role as a skipper, ensuring exceptional service and safe voyages for all aboard.
