CAPTAIN- CLIFF MEADOWS- AMERICAN 

Captain Cliff has been living life on the water for more than 30 years, and it shows the moment you step aboard. Over the course of his career, he's run everything from crew boats to some of the finest motor yachts afloat, cruising the Eastern Seaboard, the Gulf Coast, and throughout the Caribbean.

Before joining EXIT STRATEGY, Cliff captained the 118' Westport THREE BLESSINGS out of Fort Lauderdale. Whether he's running a mega yacht or a classic Hatteras, his approach remains the same: keep operations seamless, keep the crew performing at their best, and make sure every guest has an unforgettable experience.

Ask anyone who's spent time on board with him and they'll tell you the same thing: Cliff has a way of making everyone feel at ease. With a "safety first, fun always" mindset, he handles all the behind-the-scenes details, from weather routing and trip planning to provisioning and logistics, so guests can simply relax and enjoy their time on the water.

STEWARDESS- SEHER YASAK- TURKISH 

Seher is an experienced stewardess from Turkey with over 8 years of experience in the yachting and service industry. She is known for her warm personality, excellent attention to detail, and natural ability to anticipate guest needs. Seher creates a welcoming and comfortable onboard atmosphere, ensuring that every aspect of interior service contributes to a relaxing and enjoyable charter experience. Calm, patient, and highly service-oriented, she takes pride in delivering personalized service and maintaining standards at all times. 

CHEF- RANDY KENNEDY-AMERICAN

For twenty years, food has been Chef Randy Kennedy's language. Ten of those years were spent sharpening his craft in the demanding kitchens of hotels and restaurants, and the last ten have been spent at sea, turning private and charter yachts into floating fine dining rooms. 

Most recently, Randy spent nearly a decade as sole chef aboard the 50m M/Y Norwegian Queen, running the galley solo for owners, guests, and crew day in and day out. His experience stretches across yachts of every size and style, from intimate 35m private charters to day charters feeding parties well over a hundred guests. Whatever the boat needs, he brings the same "can do" energy his captains rave about, whether that means designing a global menu, restocking provisions in a foreign port, or lending a hand on deck.
