Alongside Italian gastronomy, Andreas has developed a deep appreciation for Asian cuisine, particularly Thai and Japanese, which influences his fresh, well-balanced menus. Jose is a motivated 29-year-old from Venezuela with solid technical knowledge and strong seamanship skills. Confident, safety-focused, and highly capable in deck operations, he plays an active role in exterior maintenance and onboard operations. Jose is also enthusiastic about watersports, assisting guests with snorkeling and on-water activities while ensuring safety and enjoyment. Known for his friendly, energetic personality, he contributes positively to the onboard atmosphere while maintaining professional standards.
