Had an amazing week on 52ft Felix with 8 friends snorkeling, diving, hiking, beaching, and relaxing! As a travel advisor, I’ve been to many places and this is now one of my top! Mainsail recommended the perfect boat and crew for our needs. Heiko and Rebecca treated us like Royalty and took us to great spots (including a surprise visit by a baby dolphin and mom that we swam with for an hour. First time for the crew as well!)The food was delicious and the boat was beautiful. Can’t wait to do it all over again! – CM aboard Felix January 2022
We had the best week with Brendan and Karen aboard Rumba. The food was wonderful and I miss the drink of the day now that we are home. Would recommend a trip on Rumba to anyone out there looking to have an incredible week with their family. Can’t wait to return. – MP aboard Rumba December 2021
My bucket list was set- a crewed trip thru the BVI’s. While we didn’t get there due to COVID issue we were able to experience the absolute beauty of the USVI and none of us were disappointed!! We are not exaggerating, there are not enough positive words in the world to describe how extraordinary our experience was. Our expectations were exceeded!.

Kevin at Mainsail did a fantastic job with every detail and uber responsive. Jeff and Dani are rockstars! We had 4 couples on the boat leaving one room open. Get Along was new boat and in great shape. Everything was in perfect working order. A few things maintenance wise happened while on trip but Captain Jeff was able to fix them without us really even knowing! In addition the crew were on top of upkeep, maintenance and cleaning of the boat. It was extremely comfortable, clean, cool and had an great top deck layout.
Crew as over the top capable and fun! Jeff and Dani went way beyond 100% effort to make sure we were safe, comfortable, relaxed and taken care of. Their individual professionalism, personalities and approach were awesome. They made out week on Get Along just perfect everyday and felt we were the most important people in the world!
Dani’s creations in the galley were right on target including the birthday dinner! . Beautifully presented, tasty, healthy and light. It was obvious that she put much thought into meeting culinary desires and made every meal something to look forward to.
Jeff’s desire to show us the first class USVI cruising experience was obvious. Once we knew we were going to USVI’s We basically asked him to determine our itinerary and stops to give us a nice balance of activities and they anticipated and executed that desire so effortlessly and beautifully. Snorkeling, swimming, beach bars, Buck Island, the trip tot the rain forest in St Croix, Lime Out, Feeding the pigs, SpratNet, were all a blast. Every day was specials. We all felt very comfortable with Jeff at the helm. Boy Wonder! We will do another trip in 2-3 years and would love to get Get Along with Dani and Jeff again! We recently returned from the MOST AMAZING vacation on Touch the Sky! A group of ten friends sailed with Captain Ben, Chef Jody and Mate Troy for a week in the US Virgin Islands. The crew was phenomenal in every single way! Chef Jody made the most amazing, creative and delicious meals, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and personal food preferences. Her desserts were scrumptious as well! Mate Troy had cocktails at the ready and made some pretty fantastic libations! Captain Ben, not only was a wonderful, knowledgeable and experienced sailor, but a fantastic tour guide too. By the end of the week, we were sad to say goodbye to our new “friends & family” members.
Waking up in a beautiful harbor each morning never got old. Each day was filled with an exciting adventure. We spent our days snorkeling with sea turtles, fishing, paddle boarding in the crystal clear waters of St. Thomas and St. John, scuba diving for Caribbean lobster, wakeboarding & hydro-foiling (trying…), floating on the huge donut raft & swimming off the stern of the boat, hiking Ram’s Head, driving (Captain Ben chauffeured us) on “Rhonda” (the Honda zodiac) to Lime-Out for tacos & cocktails and hitting the remote beaches with a packed Yeti cooler…then back in time for happy hour!
Touch the Sky was a beautiful boat for our group to charter. The fly bridge was our favorite place to gather in the morning for coffee, in the afternoon to read & relax with a good book and of course each evening for Troy’s happy hour cocktail and Jody’s delicious appetizers! After dinner we’d return to the flybridge for some singing & dancing under the stars, then we would venture up to the stern searching for shooting stars and constellations in the dark starry sky.
The memories we created on our trip will last a lifetime! We are grateful to Kevin at Mainsail Yacht Charter for his expertise and knowledge in guiding us to this most perfect charter VACATION!

Waiting for our flight at St. Thomas airport. The trip was amazing. That master cabin is huge and so comfortable. Itinerary was great . We had to hunker down in a bay in st Thomas on Friday night but after that it was one beautiful snorkel spot after another. Captain Blaine is so laid back and so accommodating. Loved sailing with him. Chef Carolina( I think a recent addition) was unbelievable! Very creative and constantly adapting to our tastes. We had beautiful sunshine every day and although this was our first yacht charter, can’t wait to do it again.

Sailing on the Extasea 2 in St Martin and St Barts was amazing. Planning a trip during covid was made so easy when dealing with Kevin at Mainsail. From clearing customs, to our post trip covid test, everything was planned and made our trip completely carefree. We originally planned to sail BVI but because of so many quarantine requirements Kevin helped us switch to St Martin and I am so glad we did. Once on board we were cared for like we were family. The snorkeling and scuba diving was top notch. St Barts had so much sea life, from barracuda, octopus, turtles and huge spiny lobster. The beaches and coves we visited were gorgeous and so secluded. Five Star rating for Extasea 2 and Mainsail Charters. I can’t wait to book our next trip.
