It was worth every penny!

“Donna and I are just back from our charter on Port to Vino and we can’t say enough positive things about Caitlin, Jeff and the entire experience. The boat was perfect, the itinerary they laid out for us was outstanding and we all felt from the moment we set foot on the Tortola, until the time we waved goodbye to the crew, that it was worth every penny. The food was spectacular, the wines great and we were fortunate enough to have terrific weather the whole trip (sans enough wind to sail for more than a few hours). The little things that the crew did made it ever more enjoyable – Caitlin arranging for transportation on Tortola to / from the airport as well as to / from Bananakeet restaurant on our arrival day, to Jeff mentioning a gentleman who runs a massage service on the water in Great Harbor on Jost, where Donna and I had massages that were excellent. Thank you so much for your help in organizing this. ”

This was a 20/10 trip!

“We are just back from a week aboard the Easir II with Jessi and Inki. This was planned as a once in a lifetime trip and the worst part of the trip is I want to go again and again! The boat: Perfect fit for our family of four! The boat was our home away from home and it was well stocked, easy to live in and perfect for star gazing, ocean swimming and night time card playing! The trip: We primarily traveled the coves of St. John. The water was beautiful, full of sea life and the island offered a variety of experiences from Coves with sandy beaches and a dozen other yachts to coves with a dozen turtles and very few other people. All and all St.John was a swimmer’s paradise. The crew: I couldn’t imagine this trip without Jessi and Inki. They became part of the family right from the start! It felt like we were visiting old friends who were showing us around their new home. We shared with Inki that we hoped to hike while we visited and he made sure that he had scoped out hikes to ruins and beaches that would add to our trip. Jessi’s meals were incredible – she accommodated our need for gluten free with ease and inspired us to up our cooking game at home with each meal she made! The two of them together were just a delight – we especially loved their bond with our kids and their active participation in family game nights as well as going the extra mile to make this an Easter to remember. All and all this was a 20/10 trip ❤️”

This extraordinary experience of living upon the Sea – this was the perfect way to spend and celebrate my 60th Birthday!

“This extraordinary experience of living upon the Sea – this was the perfect way to spend and celebrate my 60th Birthday! To sail with Sergio. To be luxuriated with Britany’s care and to indulge in Neen’s Alchemical Mysteries!”

“Let me start by thanking you all for the most spectacular week. From the cocktails and tablescapes to the incredible tasting dishes and views from the yacht. We couldn’t have asked for a better crew or a more perfect vacation. This was a once-in-a-lifetime trip and your planning of every detail allowed us to relax at a whole new level. Thank you for your constant hospitality and for welcoming us into your home.”

Family Aboard La Speranza New Years Week 2022

Jack and Sidney are a lovely, lovely young couple.  We’d like to adopt them.  They are highly skilled, knowledgeable, professional, and always very considerate.  Jack and Sidney have packed so much into their young lives and both have a huge amount of sailing experience and expertise as well as being highly proficient chefs (and I use the plural as “Captain Jack’s Burgers” are the stuff of legend). They were both wonderful with Harry (aged 7) and made a big fuss of him – which he loved.

Absolutely first class. Every meal was a delight and both delicious and beautifully presented. Sidney was at work from before dawn until well after dark every day and the magic creations never stopped coming. The Itinerary was Exactly what we wanted.  Short passages, pristine beaches, clear water, ruins to explore in the jungle.  Spot on.

The yacht was As new condition.  Just the right size and lay-out for our family. Very well equipped.

Really spectacular and was a nice “get away from it all” time.

Our time on the MANNA was really nice….meals were really good (with beautiful presentations)…crew was extremely nice, etc.  It was really spectacular and was a nice “get away from it all” time.  I had two hips replaced this year – April and late July.  Sooo, it was a bit difficult at times for me.  I had a doctor’s appointment the week following the cruise and the doctor commented that I really put my body to the test!  Lou and Allen really paid close attention to any request from me.

We wanted to do a lot more sailing than most people from what Allen told us.  He seemed to enjoy the fact that we mostly wanted to sail.  We went lots of different places.  Steve and I taught Lou and Allen how to play “42”.  They caught on really well and we played the game almost every evening.  I have to say, it was like sailing with friends…..really nice.  Lou and Allen are Christian, so we even took turns saying grace before meals!

Allen and  Lou do a really good job!”

We now call them our friends and can’t wait to book our next trip!

We just had the experience of a lifetime in the USVI, aboard the 52ft RUMBA with Captain Brendan and Chef Karen, and six of our friends. Top notch service and AMAZING food. Six full days of incredible views, sun and sea & delicious meals. Homemade breads each morning, including pear bread and peach/apple, which were my favorites. Mouth watering lunches, dinners, appetizers and desserts. The salmon was the best I’ve ever tasted. Karen’s ceviche… OMG. Did I mention the desserts? Key lime pie, bananas foster, blueberry crepes, Crème’ Brule. YUM! Other highlights – Awesome cocktails served up by Captain B, Pilates on the boat, sea turtles like crazy, dolphin seat dolphin calling, gorgeous sunsets, dance parties, learning to blow the conch shell (LOL), snorkeling, hiking, sailing, and SO much laughter. I cannot forget to mention the Great Rumba Challenge, which I am pleased to say I became the champion of. We knew this trip would be great because we love the USVI. What we didn’t know was what a game changer it was to have not only a captain taking care of us, but also an incredible chef on the boat. For us, it was Brendan and Karen who made this trip so memorable. They are a great team, with the best senses of humor and are always so accommodating. It was sad leaving them at the dock, and I went home missing our coffee and conversation and giggles in the galley. We now call them our friends and can’t wait to book our next trip and do it all again. Thank you for all of the memories!
