Dear Teresa & Mike,

We had the most amazing time aboard the Shining Star. You two were hospitable beyond belief…the boat was perfect and you went well above and beyond to make our honeymoon the very best it could be. We will absolutely come back! For anyone who wants a trip catered 100% to your needs/desires, Shining Star (along with Mike and Teresa) is the way to go. The boat, food, activities and the company were 100% above board. there were more activities to choose from then we knew what to do with – knowing that we could do them all or simply sit back and relax. Teresa & Mike knew how to be there when we needed/wanted them as well as when to give us privacy – which was nice. We will return very soon!!

Thank you both for showing us city folks the beautiful BVI and the USVI. We certainly have enjoyed all the awesome places, your company and hospitality. You made our 30th wedding anniversary cruise one we will never forget. The spectacular scenery and wonderful food will be a source of conversation for us and our friends for the entire summer. We will have to explain our journey to all our friends and bring you some more business. Good luck with the sale of your home on land and we will think of you fondly for a long time to come.

James & Pam — We did not know quite what to expect when we arrived. However, from the moment we set foot on English Rose you made us feel welcome. Thank you for sharing your home with us for a week. Dawn and I had a wonderful time to say the least. Each day was special and unique. When we encounter new things, sometimed there is some trepidation, you put us at ease. Certainly the islands speak for themselves, but you were able to guide us to a rich and memorable experience. You are both interesting, intelligent, charming people who are leading lives that many would envy. Thanks again for sharing some time with us, this has been a truly memorable experience.

James and Pam, you are fantastic! You can tell you truly love your job! Thank you for welcoming us into your home. I hope we get a chance to do this with you both in the near future. The beautiful islands we visited were equalled only by your kindness. I hope to send lots of guests your way. Have a lovely “off” season.

Because of you, our honeymoon was much more than we imagined it would be. If there is anything that we can do from the standpoint of providing testimonial or recommendations to prospective guests, we are happy to do it. We had a great time. The trip was well worth it. Don and Bridget were fabulous hosts. We were pampered throughout the trip. Bridget’s cooking was excellent. Sailing with Captain Don felt extremely safe. They regaled us with numerous stories of their 27 years of boating. They did whatever we asked, specifically went to any location that was safe and feasible and seemingly never tired of taking my three kids waterskiing or tubing. We were given the impression that any reasonable request would be granted. They took turns escorting my parents snorkeling and on island hikes. I would readily go on another charter with them again.
