Everything aboard Entre4 is made fresh and in-house (or “on boat”), with the exception of pantry staples like flour and sugar. We strive to source local and sustainable ingredients throughout the Caribbean.

Chef Sophie combines her Le Cordon Bleu training, nutritional expertise, and passion for wellness to deliver fresh, vibrant cuisine inspired by local flavours and seasonal ingredients. Alongside her culinary talents, she offers yoga and wellness experiences designed to help guests relax, reconnect, and make the most of their time on the water.

Deck/Stews Jess and Ruby bring an energetic and adventurous spirit to the crew. Both share a deep love for the outdoors and ocean lifestyle, with experience ranging from sailing and diving to coaching, fitness, and guest-focused hospitality. Their positive attitudes, attention to detail, and genuine enthusiasm ensure guests feel cared for while creating a fun and welcoming onboard atmosphere.

Together, this close-knit team goes far beyond delivering outstanding service. Their strength lies in their authenticity, their ability to anticipate guests' needs, and their shared commitment to creating meaningful experiences.
