Her culinary approach is centered around customer satisfaction, with a strong emphasis on flavor, presentation, and the use of fresh, local ingredients. Olga excels in menu planning, provisioning, budget management, and galley organization, and is adept at creating both healthy and indulgent meals, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.

Since transitioning into yachting, Frédéric has worked aboard both private and charter vessels, including the prestigious Mangusta 108 Shellona, gaining valuable experience and a strong sense of guest-focused service.

He joined QUANTUM in 2022 and quickly became an integral part of the crew, known for his hands-on attitude, reliability, and warm personality.

His professional background, combined with his passion for the sea and commitment to teamwork, ensures that every guest experience on board is both smooth and memorable.
