With 22 years of maritime experience, Captain Ercan is a seasoned captain who warmly welcomes guests aboard UBI BENE. Throughout his extensive career, Ercan has gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise which he uses to transform every voyage into an unforgettable adventure for his guests.

As he is a licensed captain, Ercan excels at ensuring a safe and comfortable voyage. His leadership, coupled with his trustworthy and composed approach, fosters a peaceful environment for both the crew and guests. His professionalism in managing the yacht, along with his deep love for the sea, ensures that every journey offers guests a unique and enriching travel experience.

First Mate Mertcan began his maritime career at a young age and currently serves as the Skilled Sailor and First Mate on UBI BENE, bringing 10 years of experience to the role. With his extensive time at sea and comprehensive training, Mertcan is committed to providing guests with a safe and enjoyable sailing experience.

He has a sailing and 3-star diving certificates, as well as the Skilled Sailor/Seaman certification. Also, Mertcan offers professional service on board while also guiding guests through sailing and water sports. His passion for diving and water sports, combined with his energetic and cheerful personality, allows him to create unforgettable moments for guests.

He works diligently to ensure that his guests have a safe and fun experience and speaks English fluently.

Chef Ozgur started to his professional journey in 2008 and his connection with the kitchen has been growing for over 17 years. He worked as a Senior Protocol Chef at Fenerbahçe Officer’s Club for 8 years, honing his skills and expertise.

With a deep passion for both the sea and gastronomy, Ozgur has spent the last 3 years combining sea voyages with culinary excellence, offerring his guests unforgettable gourmet experiences. With His expertise in Mediterranean cuisine and Turkish dishes, he leaves a lasting impression on the palates of those he serves.

Ozgur has received specialized training, earning culinary certificates and hygiene qualifications. he He likes sports, which help strengthen his connection with nature and the sea. One of his most distinctive qualities is his warm and sincere approach to guests, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.

With 5 years of experience in the maritime industry, he holds both STCW and Maritime certificates and has worked on both private and commercial yachts. A versatile sailor, Sercan has actively participated in cruising and in-port operations, ranging from technical tasks to deck maintenance, cleaning, and guest services. He is a reliable team player, and maintains a disciplined approach at all times.

Sercan is well-versed in cruising and port procedures in international waters. His years at sea, combined with extensive training, enable him to ensure guests enjoy a safe and unforgettable holiday experience.
