in 2007 he started his career as a seafarer on commercial vessels, cruising all around the world. In
nine years in yachting industry as a Captain, Tomislav was working on private yachts from 23-60 m
and gained a substantial experience, becoming a competent project manager, effectively liaising
between owners, guests and colleagues. With a strong work ethic, he is absolutely committed to
ensuring the guests derive the greatest satisfaction from their yacht charter holiday.

Chief Engineer Josip is a highly driven and experienced marine professional with over a decade of experience in various jobs ranging from Chief Officer and Chief Engineer to Skipper and Bosun. He showed great leadership skills, technical knowledge, and a strong dedication to safety. Josip has worked as the Chief Officer and Chief Engineer on various 30-50 m motor yachts and sailing yachts. He holds extensive officer and engineering certifications, along with numerous safety qualifications.

Marion's career began as a flight attendant and transitioned to high-end restaurant service in Montréal before joining the yachting world in 2014. Currently managing a luxury chalet in the French Alps, she is known for her expertise in service, her hard-working nature, and her ability to create seamless guest experiences. Outside of work, Marion enjoys kitesurfing, snowboarding, skateboarding, running, gardening, and reading, reflecting her active and adventurous lifestyle.

Fathia is a talented and versatile Yacht Chef with over eight years of experience in luxury culinary services, including work on yachts, in private villas, chalets, and households. A skilled French chef, she is known for creating exceptional dining experiences tailored to diverse dietary preferences, including gluten-free, vegan, paleo, vegetarian, and ketogenic diets. Calm under pressure, Fathia excels in managing high-volume operations, kitchen management, and budgetary controls while maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene and safety. With a diverse background in international cuisines, she is highly regarded for her reliability and excellent culinary skills. Fathia's recent roles include working at an exclusive wellness villa in Zurich, as well as providing gourmet meals on superyachts across the globe. Outside of the kitchen, she enjoys cooking, volleyball, water sports, traveling, learning new languages, and motorbiking.
