Position: Deckhand
Mislav is reliable and well-organized worker with high integrity and discipline, maintaining a steady, confident, and positive attitude. Working as a skipper and deckhand since 2019., he was responsible for the optimum functioning of the yachts including cleaning machinery, preparing cabins, and completing the maintenance. Certified in safety training and crowd management, naturally self-motivated with lot of energy and enthusiasm Mislav is a a great addition to every yacht and charter.

Ivana is a confident, positive, and customer-oriented professional. With three successful seasons in yachting and five seasons on cruise ships, she brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for the hospitality industry.
Her extensive experience in hospitality includes responsibilities such as interior cleaning and maintenance, organizing shore activities and onboard events, fine dining service, wine and food pairing, table decoration and mixology. Ivana holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, demonstrating her strong educational background and analytical skills. She is a dedicated team player who excels in creating memorable experiences for guests, finding herself most motivated when it comes to delivering the best possible service while going the extra mile.
Ivana is proficient in English and speaks basic Spanish.
