Saturday to Saturday charters Embarkation:17:00 Disembarkation 09:00 The yacht returns to her base on Friday evening at 18:00 , the charterer spends his night on board and disembarks on Saturday morning. Crew Gratuities upon Charterer’s discretion. Customary gratuity is calculated between 10% to 15% of the contracted gross Charter Fee, and is appropriate if the crew has given excellent service. Cancellation policy: Bookings cancelled 35 days prior to embarkation 50% of the total charter fee is withheld. Bookings cancelled less than 35 days prior to embarkation 100% of the total charter fee is withheld. In the event of cancellation of the charter by the Charterer, for any reason, all advance payments made up to the date of cancellation will be retained by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to refund the said deposits only if he succeeds in letting the Yacht to another Charterer for the same period and under the same conditions minus Euro:300 administration fees. In the event that the Charterer should elect to terminate the charter and deliver the Yacht prior to the date designated, the Owner shall not be liable to the return of any proportional part of the hire money.
