Realization of a Lifelong Dream.

This past week has been the realization of a lifelong dream. Thank you very much for that! Little did we know that our trip would include a world class Captain and Chef… more importantly, a world class couple. Thank you for shepherding us safely through our adventure. We can’t wait to do it again!

Someone once said sailing is not just about the destination, but the journey and adventure along the way. You have made a dream come true for Pete and I. You opened your home to us and captured our hearts! Open seas, Carlos, you navigated daily to keep us comfortable and Maribel, your cooking is an extension of your soul, and we are all beneficiaries! It was a delightful ride, and we are richer knowing you both!

The Ripple crew is hands down the best ever!

We just spent a week aboard the Ripple in the BVI and had the vacation of a lifetime!! Kevin with Mainsail was so helpful in planning this trip as we had never done this before. The Ripple crew is hands down the best ever!’ The boat is spacious and comfortable, and the food and service was top notch first class. We are now ruined and can never do anything else but charter a boat!!

You have left an amazing impression on all of us and we will see you again soon!!! “We met the Kings Ransom at the dock and boarded straight onto the boat. The crew was fabulous and we could not have asked for better service. Captain Cruz was wonderful. Kate was a sensational chef. Sam was the best steward and so attentive to detail. Aldo was a great mate and always took care of us but was also right at Captains side while traveling. They all worked very well together. The weather was fantastic and we simply have a superb week. Thank you for your assistance with making our trip a great one.”

Best way to put it is we will be booking again!

We took a family vacation and stayed on the 53ft Manna and booked through Mainsail. I can’t say enough good things about our crew and our communication with Kevin! Best way to put it is we will be booking again!

Overall this was a bucket list item that Kevin, Caitlin and Jeff helped to make one of the most memorable tips of our lifetime.

“We recently completed a bucket-list trip with Mainsail Yacht Charters on the Port to Vino in the British Virgin Islands and to say the crew and experience exceed our expectations is an understatement. From the moment we met them the crew – Jeff and Caitlin, went above and beyond to ensure we were safe, very well-fed, and enjoyed every minute. They were very accommodating to our group of six’s dietary needs and when minor medical issues (sore muscles and one of our group had a cold) they did everything possible to minimize the impacts. Caitlin’s cooking was exceptional – we never had a bad meal. She cleaned our cabins daily and kept the boat tidy. When we snorkeled, Caitlin went with us on 2 occasions, partly as a guide and partly to help one of our party who was not a strong swimmer – her knowledge of the fish in the area was top notch and we all felt safe in the water with her. Jeff was a fantastic captain – we really enjoyed ‘story time with Capt. Jeff’, the afternoon’s Captain’s cocktails, and his recommendations on places to go and things to do. When he took us to shore or we swam / snorkeled, he always either kept on eye on us or came to get us promptly. We can’t thank them enough for making this experience what it was – a dream come true. The boat is amazing and very comfortable – they are getting a new boat in June and while I’m sure it will be great, there is nothing on this vessel to complain about. The beds were all very comfortable, the storage plentiful and while we didn’t have much wind for sailing, when the main and headsail went up, quietly gliding over the water with minimal sound was something us AZ peeps don’t get to experience much. Mainsail Yacht Charters was terrific to work with pre-charter – Kevin did a great job of finding the right boat and crew, keeping us up to date and making sure all the questions we had were answered.
