I went on this lovely boat around St. Martin and St Barts area with 3 other women. We had THE BEST TIME ! I must comment on the food as I am used to 5 star dining experiences and this was all that and more. For instance, we would have beautiful lobster thin crust pizza with a side salad for lunch one day, sushi and sake the next; freshest fruit among other things for breakfast ,and creative dishes for dinner like fresh fish with salsas or steaks on the grill with lovely red wine. The boat was very conducive to exercise as you could do yoga on the top deck overlooking the Caribbean waters then dive off for a swim . The Captain and his wife were 5 star hostess !!!!

This crew is awesome and the boat is fantastic for couples, families or a group of friends like us. Pat and Mat know their way around St. Maarten and St. Barts. The food is fantastic and we enjoyed the scenery at every stop. At night, if we weren’t going ashore we watched movies or played scrabble. Watch out…Pat is a dynamo! We can not wait to return to tour more islands aboard NSS Pattam.

It was with mixed emotions that we leave, sadness at ending our week with you and delight at the weeks advemtures. I loved the beautiful isloated bays, the long ocean trips , the sail on Saturday. Thanks for your hospitality on your floating home. Your flexibility, experience, knowledge, and kindness created memorable ambiance as we roamed the seas.

Thank you so much for the wonderful week on Breanker. We all had a great time — beautiful little private harbors, the sea turtle sightings, the adventurous dives, the delicious and beautiful meals, and laughs at dinner time and the Tequila shots. We appreciate you making us so comfortable and the lengths you went to accommodate us…

This was the best trip ever! I didn’t think it was possible to feel this relaxed after only a week, but all three of you have managed to do just that. The food was beyond my expectations-absolutely wonderful . I felt like I was eating in an upscale restaurant every night . oh, I forgot, I was ! It was truly beautiful down here and I guess you can say you did your job well. Thanks again for everything,

Walter , Lela & Matt — Thanks so much for such a cool vacation. When we started on this trip I was scared that Walter was going to be a scary pirate ! AAARRRGGGHHH. pirates are cool!

You guys really know what ya’r doing and it made everything so comfortable and easy. You guys have really inspired me and reconfirmed how important it is to be with the people you care about and live somewhere you that you truly love. I think thatyou have some secret mind reading skills because anytime I wanted something you were already on top of it.

This was hands down on a amazing experience and you guys are awesome. The food , the laughs, the atmosphere. nothing to complain about. If I could marry the food I would !!!

I hope the rest of your guests have even just a half of the fun we did, because it was a lifetime experience that won’t be forgotten.

Walter , Lela & Matt — To start. the cooking . just so awesome !!!! This trip was amazing to say the best, what a great way for the family to be introduced to sailing. You guys rock ! I wish I could take all three of you home w/me ! Hopefully, one day I will be able to take you all on a vacation. If you ever close to New York , YOU CALL ME !!! I’m going to miss you all so much !!

We had a fantastic time! We loved sailing, snorkeling, the islands, the cuisine and the company! We had a bit of a challenge with a few days of strong rain, but we learned a new card game and watched some funny movies.

We will return to the islands because Hanalei Bay offered our family an experience we’ll always remember!

We both thoroughly enjoyed everything; the food, sailing, stories, family interaction and the wonderful company. The three birthday parties were a nice touch as well as the beautiful table settings. How could anyone not love the entire scene etc. in the fabulous B.V.I. Thank you so much for all!

The snorkling and scuba spots were incredible. A trip like this would not have been the same without a crew like you all. Brian, you offered us many options which allowed us to enjoy everything about the BVI’s. Steph, your food was amazing. We’ll miss it back in the real world. Tom, the friendly first mate.
