This was my first charter experience, and here’s what I learned: It’s all about the crew! From the moment we met Chef Kari, with her warm and infectious smile, and Captain Kendall, who immediately made us feel welcome, we knew we were in excellent hands! This incredible team has a chemistry that will be hard to find on any other charter. They have a way of naturally creating a positive, fun, and authentic vibe that at the end of the trip, you won’t want to leave. From start to finish, we felt at home.
They took incredible care of us throughout the trip. Everything we wanted to do was thoughtfully planned. For example, when we went snorkeling (only my second time!), Kari and Kendall went with us, making sure everyone felt safe and comfortable while still having an amazing time. Great peace of mind! Plus, I could relax knowing someone was keeping an eye on me.
They even provided pirate hats and fun accessories to make our visit to Willy T’s extra memorable!
Captain Kendall was knowledgeable, friendly, and fun, all while maintaining a strong focus on safety. He knew the best places to go – for white beaches, turquoise waters, snorkeling, stargazing, sunsets and sunrises, and some secret gems along the way. We really enjoyed getting to know both of them and sharing stories over dinner and late night jam sessions (our group had 2 musicians).
The food and unique rum drinks were absolutely delicious and exactly what we were hoping for! Yummy seafood and breakfast dishes!
If you’re looking for a charter crew that anticipates your needs, checks in often, makes fantastic drinks and meals…and is ready to make your trip remarkable, I highly recommend Kari and Kendall. An unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to do it again!

Nick and Amy on Altesse are above all others. Their attention to detail truly set them apart from any previous experiences we’ve had. And we have been on 4 other similar charters around the world. Every meal was not just a meal; it was an event, with beautifully presented dishes that were bursting with flavor. They sourced fresh local ingredients, making each meal a delightful journey through many different cuisines. Every table was set with cloth napkins with wonderful napkin rings and place mats and beautiful table scapes
The activities were equally well-planned. Each day brought new adventures, from diving with underwater wrecks to the beautiful under water wild life Nick and Amy excelled at tailoring activities to suit our diverse age range, ensuring that everyone, from our youngest grandchild to our oldest family member, had a memorable experience. The guided explorations were informative and fun, and the kids couldn’t get enough of the water sports, which were expertly managed and supervised.
We were treated to stunning views, delicious cocktails, and a serene atmosphere that allowed us to reflect on the cherished memories we were creating as a family. It was a perfect way to wind down after a day filled with excitement.
Communication was seamless throughout the trip, and Nick and Amy were always ready to accommodate any last-minute requests or changes. Not that we changed much as everything was well planned to always having transportation to the best places to the best new years spot in the BVI’s Their warm personalities made everyone feel at home, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about making our family vacation unforgettable. They listened to our likes and never missed an opportunity to supply. Right down to the music playing right when you wanted it. They Coordinated everything with another boat which had 8 of our other family members beautifully. No small task with such a large group and another boat captain. They Prepared appetizers, inviting the other boat over many times even making a special meal for the adults While ensuring the kids had a great time on shore.
In summary, our time aboard Altesse with Nick and Amy was nothing short of extraordinary. Their passion for hospitality, combined with their expertise in creating memorable experiences, made this trip the best family vacation we’ve ever had. We can’t wait to plan our next adventure with them and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch charter experience.

Our family had a wonderful aboard Azuria, Luke and Kristen are great. Her food was AMAZING and I’m pretty sure I gained 10 lbs. My kids really enjoyed every place that we went. The yacht was very spacious and immaculate! Luke was very patient with my youngest who had some fears of snorkeling, but Luke found some plenty of other things for him to do. This was a vacation of a lifetime!

We spent Thanksgiving week aboard Iara with Paul and Lexy, and it was an absolute dream come true! The boat is pristine and has all the comforts of home. Lexy whipped up incredible gourmet meals all week, and Paul is such a patient, kind human. We traveled with our daughters (14 and 9) so Paul and Lexy planned our adventures with the entire family in mind – and they’re amazing with kids! They were so accommodating and flexible whether it was our itinerary, food selections, or showing us how to e-foil. The Iara has a great selection of toys, and we loved playing every day while seeing all the beautiful sights around the BVIs. This vacation was the perfect mix of relaxing and adventure!

JD – You are a service shark and cocktail master! The way you make coffee is a thing of beauty. Lida- THE FOOD! You have ruined our favorite restaurants with your culinary skills. Chris- You managed our juvenile behavior and alcoholism (LOL) with more grace and hospitality than we deserve. BEST TRIP EVER!

We just got back from a Bucket List trip for my 70th Birthday Celebration aboard Angeleyes in the BVIs. My husband and I and eight of our closest friends enjoyed a week of yacht life. Kevin Jonas from Mainsail was super responsive in helping us plan a trip we will always remember. We were then left in the capable hands of the Angeleyes crew of Captain Darrell, Chef Jenn, and First Mates Jenni and Chris. Every meal was presented with phenomenal table decorations, and the culinary experience was second to none. Each day, we were given options on what we would like to explore in BVI, and we enjoyed each unique experience that was suggested. The week exceeded ours and our guests’ expectations. We would highly recommend Mainsail Yachts and especially the Angeleyes crew for the trip of a lifetime!
